abstract = {In this article, we describe a comprehensive management program for hypertension (HTN), based on the experience of leading cardiovascular centers in China. This comprehensive approach, adhering to a number of core principles, includes diagnosis and therapeutic interventions. Therapeutic management includes lifestyle changes, risk factor management and pharmacological intervention and should allow reliable lowering blood pressure (BP).
