由蚊虫叮咬、药物过敏和其它环境因素引起的过敏性、类过敏反应或者超过敏反应，如伴有心血管疾病体征和症状，出现急性冠脉事件和支架内血栓，并伴有嗜酸性粒细胞和/或肥大细胞浸润血栓，则会导致Kounis超敏反应相关综合征（1）。
