Iliofemoral lysis for DVT remains ATTRACTive

Following the publication of a landmark paper on comparative effectiveness of anticoagulation against thrombolysis, the authors of the Acute Venous Thrombosis: Thrombus Removal with Adjunctive Catheter-Directed Thrombolysis (ATTRACT) trial released a subanalysis targeting the iliofemoral vein thrombosis, which excluded the femoropopliteal deep vein thrombosis (DVT) population.
